From industrial to retail, a sweeping change
The Challenge 3M had an opportunity to expand its industrial-grade firestop line into the highly competitive retail channel. The challenge was to redesign their packaging with a retail-friendly identity while still positioning it as a contractor-grade product.
The Solution The package design system leverages strong use of color for differentiation purposes and has been successfully extended across the entire product line. Additionally, Franke+Fiorella was asked to create point-of-sale materials to help drive sales.
